7. Uploading Documents Through Our Intake Form
The Website allows prospective clients to upload documents through our secure consultancy intake form. This feature is provided solely to enable CTLS to review your council tax matter and determine whether we can assist you.
By uploading documents, you confirm that:
- you will upload only documents relevant to your council tax matter (such as council tax bills, reminder notices or correspondence from councils or enforcement agents);
- you will not upload any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing or inappropriate;
- the documents belong to you or you have authority to share them for the purpose of receiving advice or services.
All uploaded documents are treated as confidential and handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Uploaded documents are not made public and are used only for reviewing your enquiry, carrying out a preliminary assessment, or progressing your matter if you choose to engage our services.
We may delete or refuse any uploaded material that is irrelevant or breaches these Terms.
8. Reliance on Website Information and External Links
Website Content is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to accuracy, completeness or reliability.
We make no representations or warranties that the Website or its Content will meet your requirements. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice before acting on any information.
