My Story
My professional journey has been driven by a commitment to ensuring fairness and clarity in the application of council tax law. I've witnessed at first hand the challenges and complexities that individuals and organisations face when dealing with the council tax system.
From defending people in court, to navigating liability disputes, to acting in numerous appeal cases, l've dedicated myself to providing expert support and representation for taxpayers and organisations. My experience includes advising on a wide range of council tax issues for tax payers and organisations. I understand the stress and anxiety that council tax problems can cause, and I'm passionate about helping clients achieve justice and a satisfactory resolution.
Why I Do It
Council tax law can be complex and daunting, often leading to confusion and unfair treatment. I've seen how individuals and businesses can be burdened by incorrect bills, liability disputes, and ineffective communication with local councils and tribunals.
